мιѕѕувєlα2828Discovered this ice cream spot through a colleague, and it was packed even on a weekday evening! We ordered two types of waffles — one classic, and one with nian gao. For ice cream, we tried an assortment of flavours: dark chocolate, pistachio, blue milk, rum & raisin, and their signature Apiary. My personal favourite was the Apiary — a lovely honey-based flavour that really stood out.
The only downside was the waffles — they arrived cold and lacked crispiness. The nian gao filling was also on the sparse side, especially when compared to similar offerings at other places.
-I tried the a single scoop (SGD $5.90) of the signature Apiary flavor, and it was delicious. I liked the cacao bits.
Nian Gao waffles!! Very unique.
The top 4 flavours - esp pistachio was very good!
