Shipping policy

1. Delivery Coverage
We currently offer delivery services within Singapore only.

2. Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Singapore Time) will be processed for next-day delivery. Orders received after the cut-off time will be scheduled for delivery on the subsequent eligible delivery day.

3. Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are conducted from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.

4. Delivery Time Slots
Customers can select from the following delivery time slots during checkout:

• Morning Slot: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Evening Slot: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

We do not deliver on Sunday, and public holidays.

5. Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on order value and delivery location.

6. Delivery Conditions
As our products are perishable, please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during the selected time slot. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to unavailability, we will contact you and arrange another delivery with additional charges.
