Thank you for choosing Apiary Ice Cream. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return and no-refund policy. All sales are final once your order has been confirmed and payment processed.

In the event that we have packed the wrong item, our team will reach out to you directly and arrange a complimentary redelivery of the missing or correct item at the soonest available time.

We ensure that all products leave our facility in optimal condition. If you experience any issues with your order, such as receiving the incorrect item or damaged packaging, please contact us immediately at 8490 2009, or write to us at store@apiary.sg within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review your case individually and provide assistance accordingly.
